Linking to Folders
To link to an existing folder on your file system, select File->New->Other->General->Folder. Enter or select the name of the parent folder in your project to store the linked folder in the “Enter or select the parent folder:” window. Enter a name for the linked folder in your project in the “Folder name:” window. Click the Advanced button. Check the “Link to file in the file system” checkbox and browse to the folder in your file system you want to link to. NOTE: Unlike importing artifacts from your file system into your WTX project, linking does not make a second copy of the artifacts in your WTX project. Any changes you make to linked artifacts using WTX will be made to your original artifacts.
HIPAA Pack Compliance Checker
The hcsvu.dll is now placed in the base WTX 8.2 install directory. Customers that do not install in the default directory MUST modify the compliance_check_parameters.dat file for the Compliance Checker to function.
Industry Packs
When using WTX Industry Packs where you will not change the artifacts, create a new project and replace the default location with the main directory containing those artifacts so they will be available to any projects referencing them.
