You must install either Command Server or Launcher for this utility. dtxcmdsv is required and is no longer installed as part of the Design Studio installation.
XML Utilities
The XML Type Tree/Schema Synchronization utility and XML type tree compatibility utilities are only available as command line utilities. Any-2-xml is still available from GUI.
